I purchased Christmas gifts for my daughter from Carrolls and she was very happy with them. She loves O'Neill's shamrock shortbread cookies and I ordered them from Carrolls. I was concerned that they would be all broken during shipping because I had read reviews from customers of other merchants. The customer service person at Carrolls assured me that they packed everything carefully so I went ahead and ordered from them. Christmas morning finally came and the cookies were perfect. Not a single broken one!! I also bought soap and an ornament for the tree from Carrolls and both were well received. I am very happy that I decided to buy from them.
