Absolutely fantastic customer service. I placed an order before Christmas and was worried when the tracking stopped for several days at UK Customs in case it had been lost and it wouldn't arrive in time. I contacted Customer Service and received an immediate response confirming that parcels were being held up due to the postal strikes. The parcel then arrived on time as promised, the mugs are beautiful and my friend loved her gift. I will certainly be back again - many thanks :)
