The item I ordered was given as a gift, shipped directly to the recipient's home, so I haven't actually seen the item myself. Website was easy to navigate though, with a good variety of items to choose from. Item was shipped within Ireland, seems to have been done so quickly and efficiently, though I don't know whether it was delievered by courier or postal system.
