My husband and I dropped our car off yesterday at Wakefield hyundai garage couldn't remove the velet mode off. A young lady called Jess looked after us , what can I say she was so lovely kept us in the loop at all times she was very well mannered very experienced in customer service, she was a little star and in the end it was Jess that sorted our problem out!
