Bought a car from the Swindon dealership 11/21 and after about a month the rear left hand set of lights failed. Took it to my nearest branch ( Filton Bristol), was told they had to order a new set of rear lights. When they dropped the car back they couldn’t tell me when it would be fix, so obviously unable to legally use the car for 3 weeks to then be told it’s gonna be a further 4 weeks before they can do the repairs….a full 7 weeks without a car, no courtesy car available for 6 weeks allegedly. After sales a complete joke. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
