Bought a Range Rover Evoque from carshop Bristol.
On the way home the windscreen wiper flew off as it hadn’t been attached, just laid onto windscreen.
Within a few days found one of the keys didn’t work and one door lock was not working.
Took car to Land Rover garage after carshop finally emailed me.
Garage found major oil leak, 2 door locks and key needed replacement.
£2600 later and 4 weeks for carshop to pay garage.
Now have had intercooler pipe fail and another door lock fail. Another £500 which they are refusing to pay as they wrongly state it is out of warranty. They state that the cars warranty is only 3 months or 3000 miles. This is a lie as all cars have a 6 month statutory warranty under the act of 2015.
Now having the finance company step in to force them to pay up.
This is a terrible company with zero care for customer care.
Lies about warranty.
Please avoid this bunch. You’d be better off burning your cash.
