As I'm sure you know with the amount of times you have used us in the past, it is never our intention for cars to leave us with any issues at all. I am familiar with your case and understand that we completed work for an EGR and a Sensor, we unfortunately didn't get the chance to inspect the car to confirm any missing studs so unfortunately I can't comment. Regards, Carl Harris - Head of Business, CarShop Cardiff Lee Hallam 3 reviews a week ago NEW lee hallam on behalf of my brother-in-law roger howard He bought the car nissan qashqai FN15 BZD from the carshop on the 8th june , on 2 july engine management come on take the car to mb motors on 3th july for engine code results it was low pressure exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor, book in to carshop cardiff on the 25th july for a few day's had it back and they had done nothing to the car sensor had come back on went back in again on the 23th August again and had car back and come on again . so by this point had time off work to drop off car and to pick the car back up twice So at this point he had the car a full service with steve jacka motors and timing belt done and at this point when having the car service the garage found that there was four studs missing from the secure offside front driveshaft in which my brother-in-law all this time been driving this car which was not road worthy and had his grandchildren in the car with him we are very lucky that they are still with us as i dont need to tell you how dangerous the car We had told the car shop about what had happened but negative comments We been in touch with Blackhorse and trading standards consumer rights 2015 guts car not satisfactory quality Iam sorry but no way this car had pass a full preparation check Between me and my wife and family we have bought 11 cars from the carshop and never had a car sold to us that was NOT ROAD WORTHY THANK YOU LEE
