Put down a deposit on a car on the 28th of June and 7 WEEKS later I have not had the refund.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. All done through email and customer service centre staff may as well be sacked because they do absolutely nothing. Been into the Manchester store at least 6 times and every time it’s says it’s been actioned and will be here within 3-5 working days and NEVER IS.
Car was in absolutely terrible condition. Painted over with white paint to hide dints and a scraped and smashed windscreen. Managed to lose the car 2 times and added over 200 miles to the car.
Looks like I’ll be seeking advice and taking them to a small claims court.
Go to somewhere like fords of windsford amazing service and clearly take pride in the cars they sell. Don’t waste your time.
