Still waiting ......... Reserved an Audi Q3 over a month ago and it's still "being prepped" It had a safety recall which seems to be resolved as per GOV website no one is taking ownership where the vehicle is! I've spoken to Carshop contact centre & Northampton branch at least 10 times collective but still no clear response. One of the Northampton staff member even pretended to be the branch manager and promised to give me a call back. I've very disappointed and disgusted the way I've been treated. There is no communication process and neither a complaints department to contact. I don't understand how a big company as CarShop delivers poor service. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND FIXED ASAP!!!!!
