Even though the vehicle they sold is faulty
- They don't reply to phone calls (you are just kept waiting......)
- Warranty simply means we'll get around to it at some point in the distant future.....
- They take the car in and then you hear nothing for weeks.
- There is no courtesy car offered
- No form of compensation for their faulty product.
- Amateur mechanics incapable of fixing your car properly.
- Cancellation is near impossible once you sign.
I recently purchased a 1 year old vehicle from CarShop and from the beginning I've had problems, took it back and they told me to leave it with them for a couple of days. They told me they'd call me, which never happened. I had to constantly ring up to find out what's going on with my vehicle.
It's now weeks later and they still have no idea when i'll be able to collect my vehicle, the mechanics they use seem to be incapable of fixing a simple problem and CarShop doesn't seem to care either.
They know cancellation is a nightmare so they don't really care about customers after you've signed.
Hoping this review may prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did. Just go somewhere else and save yourself this hassle.
