Poor customer service
The point of a review is to give an honest opinion good or bad.
Should you choose to use Car Shop (Wakefield) then do so with extreme care.
A car I purchased less than 12 months ago was issued with a "serious defect" at the recent MOT.
This should have been picked up before it was sold, but the stance of Car Shop is that it has gone over its 90 days warranty, and they gave it a clean bill of health before it was sold.
So to overcome that I would strongly advise anyone that before the 90 days are up you get your vehicle INDEPENDENTLY checked so you can get it to back to them, because if not you are well and truly on your own.
The extended warranty that i purchased is worthless, as the only way I could get the vehicle back to the Car Shop would have been to have it transported, so the repair work is now done at a cost to myself of over £700.
I won't even go into the wrong wheel nuts being fitted to the vehicle, and the wrong ones ordered when i took it back a week after it was purchased.
So there you go!
