Worst company avoid them at all costs . Dishonest they cheat and lie my bills seem to be going up even though my consumption has decreased. I have been trying to sort my bills with them since 2020 . They don’t care they ignore you and keep telling you to pay your bill without even trying to deal with the issues .
If you value your time and you do not want mental health problems or anxiety please please avoid castle water . They will give you so much stress it will make you ill . That’s what they have been doing to me for the past 2 years .
