Castle Water is the worst ever, amongst all the companies i have dealt with in the past 40 years of running shops. I was given a bill for over 5000 pounds for one of my shops and after over one year of dispute, they realised that i was actually in credit. I have decided to go to court over another one of my premises, and if there is anyone else who has had bad experience with them, and would like to share with me. i am contactable on 07956597795 and my name is Ahmad.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid : Castel water is the worse I have dealt and still dealing with. Their customer service is horrid. I communicated with someone in their office who assured me they will send me a quarterly invoice, that I was only told was not the case this week after almost 6 months of not hearing from them. The only time I heard from them was on Monday when a debts collection agency called to say my deals had been passed to them. I explained to the agency I had not heard from castle water and had made a payment on Saturday in spite of No bill or invoice with the hope of hearing from them before the end of the year. he suggested after my explanation I should call castle water to discuss my accounts as he did not think it made sense for my detail to be passed on without making any contacts with me. On Tuesday, I was on the phone to castle water, customer service to talk to one of their managers with no luck after being on the phone several times, terrible customer service, saying someone will give me a call back. on Wednesday morning I was back on the phone with no reasonable person to talk to again told I will get a call back from their rude customer service personals. I had a call from a lady who told me, my deals had been passed to them and she was 10mins away from my property to disconnect my water supply (she advised my to call castle water on a number for their debts team) . Ridiculous I was back on the phone to castle water on phone, I was directed to the depts department who told me to pay 789 ponds to cancel the lady getting to my property to disconnect the water supply. there was no apology about the fact the no invoice was ever sent and the first time I heard from them was from the debt collection agency. the rude man told me is not his business I did not receive an invoice, and he would have continued calling if, he was in my shoes. I don't know who castle water is still in business. their customer service is terrible , they will pass your details to a debt collection agency without making any contact with you. they will send a team to disconnect your supply. they are rude and of no help. very disappointing. Avoid if you want to have your peace. I would have given a negative star rating if there was one on the review. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Terrible,inept service and appalling communication skills UNLESS they are chasing you for money! They messed up our billing, told me we were 18K in credit and suggested that we could request a refund. Nothing heard until I contacted them today. No apology . Apparently now they dont owe us any money and we owe them £2 ! Just waiting for the daily intimidating phone calls chasing that! Awful experience every time !

I am the treasurer of a small amateur theatre in Surrey. We have owned the theatre for over 30 years and our water is supplied by SES Water. In February we received, out of the blue, a letter from Castle Water claiming we owed them £2600+ for unpaid invoices going back two years. We had never seen any of the invoices and when we did see them it was obvious it was nothing to do with us. CW continued to send invoices, and threatening letters, over the next few months. I enlisted the help of SES Water and eventually, in November, CW conceded that we owed them nothing. There was no apology, and so I have written to their CEO suggesting a payment to the theatre by way of compensation for my wasted hours.

They have the worst customer care and they just want to charge you extra money. My mum passed away and their line was not working for payment how ever I keep trying and the system took my payment but not providing any refrence so I thought it has not been going throgh. They made me to pay £650 however my bill was just around 220 And they are not helping at all

I have had an appalling experience with Castle Water from the very beginning. We went two years without receiving a single bill from them, only to be blindsided by an invoice for over £4,000, which even included charges for a property that wasn’t ours. It took them over 18 months to partially resolve the issue, yet the outcome was still unfavorable for us. To make matters worse, they grossly overestimated our water usage for a four-month period, claiming we had used more water than we had in the entire three years combined. This estimate was more than double our actual usage. When I questioned this and explained that we hadn’t been in the property long enough to use that much water, they dismissed my query and insisted I provide proof. I turned the question back on them, asking if they had proof of their estimate since they were the ones charging me. Instead of addressing the dispute fairly, they continued to pile on excessive fees and penalties, sending bailiffs to our business with a demand to pay £999 immediately or face having our water supply cut off. This bullying approach forced us to pay an additional £400 in needless fees. It didn’t end there: they also delayed for over a year and a half in removing a meter that wasn’t even on our property, promising to send someone to verify the situation with a warning that if I was incorrect, I’d be fined £95. When the inspector finally confirmed there was only one meter for our business, Castle Water still dragged their feet, with multiple staff claiming no recollection of the visit. Despite my diligent record-keeping—including meter readings and photographs—I found myself in constant disputes and was forced to bear the brunt of their mistakes and delays. Just when I thought things had finally been settled, they hit us with another surprise bill, claiming they couldn’t access the meter for a reading. They provided no prior notice of any intended visit, and their own staff had no explanation or record of this sudden charge. This entire ordeal with Castle Water has been an absolute nightmare for me as a small business owner. The anxiety and stress caused by their shocking service have affected my health, exacerbating my panic attacks and leaving me dreading each new bill or letter. I am deeply dissatisfied with the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect from Castle Water. After two years of unresolved issues, I am now prepared to escalate this matter to the Water Ombudsman and will consider taking further action if necessary. If you’re a business owner considering Castle Water, I urge you to think twice before subjecting yourself to the financial and emotional strain this company has put me through. This (Broker) is a big scam broker, I paid a huge amount of $73,650 which was originally $81,000 in bitcoin,They persuaded me, into putting more of my hard earned money with all hope to get profits in return, they won't allow me to withdrawal my investment. All because all they wanted is to steal my money. I got advised to go ahead to file a refund case against them, which to my greatest surprise was able to withdraw my money, it was ( alexivictimhelps @ mail . com ) and his team of recovery experts, they were able to assist me to withdraw of my money, and restore my funds, they are responsive, you can reach out to him for help also,I guess am not the only one who has fallen victim, people might need this information

It is unfortunate that many of us have been tricked by a misleading investment platform, preventing me from accessing my invested capital. I lost more than $130,000 to their scam. Thankfully, after filing a formal complaint with A M D A R K L I M I T E D *** C0M, I was able to reclaim my funds and the profits I had earned.

They are awful. Unjustified bills and harassment just as everyone below this. The absolute crazy thing is that no one seem to care enough to sanction them and now they are asking for an rate increase for their prices! So many people have been conned from Castle Water's racketing practices without any recourse either than the ADR. I have read your comments below and would love to join forces to go to the ADR. If there's an appetite, please write on this and I will gladly get a few joint complaints started. They will have to listen then...

Do not use this company they charged us 17 times in same day and same month i can only add part of the statements when i called them there is nmo manager or anyone else keep repeating same thing and very rude there is only one person and does not want to give any other person name or phone number...

Thieves. These guys have sent me a bill of over£1000 for an adjustment that makes absolutely no sense. I've been told my booked are supposed to be around£300 pa. The customer service is dreadful and you can't get anywhere with these guys

Do not use this company. They assert that our business meter was replaced in April. But it was not. I sent them photos of the meter in June and they seem unable to understand this. So they sent me fictitious estimated reading and demanded payment. Regretfully I’ve paid it and the account is closed. Extremely bad customer service. Do not use them

Terrible Experience with Castle Water – Unjustified Billing and Harassment We’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Castle Water. They have been sending us massive bills, demanding over £5000 without any justification or prior agreement! We never instructed them to supply our water or even contacted them, yet they keep sending these exorbitant bills out of nowhere. We’ve repeatedly asked them to provide proof that we signed up for their services, but they’ve failed to show any evidence. To make matters worse, Castle Water refuses to negotiate and blocks us from switching to another provider until we pay this outrageous sum. How is it normal practice for a company to start billing without ever speaking to us or getting our consent? It feels like complete fraud—scammers trying to rip off companies with no regard for transparency or fair business practices. This company should be investigated for these unethical actions. They need to stop harassing businesses with unjustified bills and provide real, honest services before demanding such huge payments. We hope measures are taken to prevent this kind of harassment in the future. Absolutely terrible experience!

1. This company is a disgrace and need to be taken to court, I received a water bill for January to August for over £2,000 my salon only has a toilet so I was confused why my bill was so high I asked them to investigate and they didn’t investigate and ended up billing me £4000 for a water bill, the only water getting used is a toilet, I moved company and they still tried to bill me over £200 for a week of water. 2. The staff are no help whatsoever We all need to get together and take this company down they can’t keep trying to con people
