I have been waiting for a refund from Castle Water for months. My numerous emails to the company are responded to by different employees, who say that they have given high priority to my request and they would be grateful if I would give them personally a good review and mention their name so that they can achieve their monthly target. Absolutely appalling customer service from Castle Water.
