I wouldn't even give them one star, but the review process will not accept that! They are the worst water supplier ever. We were transferred to them by our existing suppliers - Southern, & South East Water. We didn't choose them. They are really expensive for water. The bills are impossible to understand. They do not listen, they do not repley to e mails. They take payments by direct debit incorrectly, and then you have to wait another month for this to be corrected. Absolutley diabolical customer service, water supply service, service delivery and anything else you care to mention. Zero, nil poi
I have changed supplier to Everflow, and halved my water bills per month! Shows what a rip off Castle Water are.
The review wants a date - I have been a customer for over 3 or more years.😭 Should have found replacement supplier sooner.🤦♀️🤦♀️
