Castle water is one of the worse companies in the Uk and with most annoying and unprofessional employees. I have a small company called Thames Rug Ltd with one employee. I have been over charged by this company more than three years and they always sent me wrong bills over £2000 and I had stop my work to call and sort out my issues! They stop sending me bills by post for more than 6 months and I received a new bills for six months and it’s over £700. When I called them to discuss the bills it took more than 30 minutes to get through to someone. Now they are disconnecting the water from my premises for their excellent service customer services.
