They are awful. Unjustified bills and harassment just as everyone below this. The absolute crazy thing is that no one seem to care enough to sanction them and now they are asking for an rate increase for their prices!
So many people have been conned from Castle Water's racketing practices without any recourse either than the ADR. I have read your comments below and would love to join forces to go to the ADR. If there's an appetite, please write on this and I will gladly get a few joint complaints started. They will have to listen then...
