Refunds and returns policy is lengthy and pretty much outlines every reason they WON'T provide a refund, or even a replacement. Most online retailers have extended their return period ... usually 30 to 60, some even 90 days during Covid, but CATCH still 14 days! Seriously ... with the postal service as bad as it is these days, you'd be lucky if you made it! Had bought several bras for my daughter, which were on sale. They all came in individual plastic bags, sealed ... NONE of them have been opened and they are refusing to provide me with a refund ... let alone an exchange ... because they're classified as "intimates" ... NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN OPENED!!! I don't understand how they cannot make an exception in this instance. I get it ... who wants to wear a pair of knickers worn by someone else and returned ... BUT THESE ARE STILL IN THEIR SEALED BAGS!!!!!! Ugh!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! REALLY unethical!!! They just want your money ...
