Worse ever to buy from and deal with, purchased a Bedra mattress 4 months ago, the worse mattress I ever laid on. Very poor inferior quality and suppose to come with a 10-year warranty. Catch have not cooperated to refund my money. Customer service with dispute team does not exist. You deal with a Philippine call center who are useless in dealing with customer service issues. Warning" stay away from the Catch site and do not purchase any products, because you will be disappointed with the quality and poor customer service if you have issues Gerry

Worst ever- don’t buy from them- they steal your moneyThere is no -10000 or I would have given it Don’t ever buy from here! Worst service ever. Made an order 3 weeks ago and got no update between, catch, the seller and courier company no one could tell me where the package was and it was for a birthday. After a week of calling them everyday the best I got was were will message and follow up the seller. Nothing I then had to be out of pocket and buy from a different company and went to request and speak to a manager- no empathy no care and didn’t even bother to call me back I had to call 3 times and email. Travis the so called “manager” there so rude, patronising and couldn’t care less- refused to refund me and kept saying we will follow up with seller. I am out of pocket $358 thanks to their incompetence. I would not let this go and will escalate to the highest level until I receive my refund. Don’t give yourself stress and a headache don’t buy from catch- disgusting customer service all useless and incompetent

Early December ordered 2 Lego kits from Catch (Target) NSW. Its now 3 weeks later and no delivery. Tracking had not updated for 12 days. Left question on line and crickets. Up until now had been a great supplier.

Just bought(05/10/2024) a new 4G phone for the 3G shutdown. Phone works well till the shutdown. None of the Catch phone numbers works, managed to contact through email. Catch promised to look into it and contact the seller but gone silence. I sent 4 more emails with same out come. Take the money & run. Avoid like PLAQUE!

I recently ordered a couple of boxes of coffee capsules and totally stuffed up the order. The team at Catch fixed everything up and and effected a refund after the shipment was returned to the warehouse. Hopefully I’ll not repeat this error in my next order. Catch team very courteous.

I purchased a Under Amour tracksuit It came it was to small I send it back with tracking details but they been passing me to the seller I don’t know any seller I know Catch They customer service is changed a lot it is disgusting and poor I used to buy from them a lot but it has got so bad I had to file a complaint with the FEAR TRADING It is now with them I don’t recommend them at all

Order a dog ramp 5 weeks ago and still not delivered. They continue to keep stalling and blaming a third provider. I refuse to set up an account so can’t even reply back to the emails they send me. Have to call them constantly. I would definitely never deal with this company again.

I purchased a wardrobe from Catch, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The product arrived incomplete – half of the items were missing! I had already organized a handyman and had to pay him $150, even though he could only assemble half the wardrobe due to the missing parts. It took over two weeks for Catch to send the remaining items, and during that time, I wasted countless hours chasing them through emails and phone calls. Their idea of compensation for their massive mistake? A measly 10% discount. Now that the missing parts have finally arrived, I’m stuck paying another $150 to get the handyman back to finish the job. The whole experience has been frustrating, costly, and a complete waste of time. I’m NEVER shopping from Catch again. Consider this a warning to others – avoid these muppets at all costs.

On Friday 26th July 2024 I purchased a Samsung ViewFinity S80UA 27" 4K UHD USB-C 90W Business Monitor - IPS Panel for $281.07 with postage of $10 so I could use it in the Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF Desktop.

Ordered 2 clothing items sized according to their size guide. Turned out size guide was wrong items didn't fit. Catch will not take responsibility and refund. I have been a long term and happy customer. Not any more will not purchase nor recommend catch again.

Everyone you need to all complain to the ACCC about Catch.com.au as I have. I only spent $18 but warning to everyone do not ever buy from Catch.com.au they are deceitful, dishonest and fraudulent, they do not cancel orders nor refund customers and need to be shut down.

Second time now I’ve purchased and paid for a product at the advertised price only to have the order cancelled and then the price on the product suddenly increase. Complete waste of time this company just ties up your money for 5-7 days waiting for refund and funds returned

I purchased an item on the catch web site and it was a marketplace item. The item is not suitable for purpose and the seller and catch wipe their hands and offer no assistance. Do not USE catch as an online purchase option.

Why do you offer (and accept payment for) express shipping when you also have a disclaimer (that is not attached to the shipping options) stating that if the order is from a marketplace seller express delivery can't be guaranteed. Thanks Catch - my grandson's birthday present is likely to take a week to get here and will then arrive AFTER his birthday. It's back to Amazon shopping for me again.
