First order with Catch.com.au took much longer than expected and missed the birthdays the items were intended for. Complete unwillingness to cancel an order that had not been mailed. They insisted it had been posted even though I received confirmation from them that this only happened a week after I had asked to cancel.
Second order was again delayed and then cancelled by them as they "have no stock to sell". However, they have taken the money out of my account and now I have to wait for a further 3 business days for them to process a refund. Strangely enough, processing payment can be done instantaneously, even for items which they do not have in stock but refunds, if at all possible, will take a week.
Ordering through Catch.com.au is just not worth the trouble as they mislead and deceive their customers.
