Placed an order in early November 2020. Early December 2020 after no response or info from catch I contacted them and was told my order could not be completely completed. I agreed to accept less goods, however despite this I’m still to receive any further information or tracking details. I have since requested a refund and no response to date. No communication. My advice to all who intend to shop Catch is DON’T. No customer service and no accountability. I’ve now complained to PayPal.
What a rort. I will not buy from this site again.
