I will never buy from Catch again. I bought UK size 6 Clarke boots for $129.00. Unfortunately although its my usual size, these boots were too small. I called Catch and they sent me an email with a link to orint iff a labek to return the boots. The link did not work. I contacted Catch about it and was told the matter would be escalated and sent to a specialist team member to sort out. I heard nothing from them so called again after a week and was reassured someone would get back to me regarding the issue. Its now 10 days since my original call and i am still waiting to send back the boots which have to be returned within 30 days. Be warned if you need to return anything you might be stuck with an order you don't want. Terrible customer service.
