After ordering Thermal printer that was in stock was told after payment went through it was a 2 week wait until new stock arrived. After 3 weeks was sent email stating my printer was on delivery. After 2 months of back and forth with catch on their chat page being told all sorts of lies I then put in a complaint with Paypal.
Paypal opened up a case and within a short period of time they sorted and got me a full refund.
Would not recommend using this company and will not be using in the future.
