The products are great but the customer service is horrendous.
I clicked to purchase some items and apparently 'payment failed' but it deducted the amount from my bank account twice.
First person i spoke to said they would send me an email, they did not.
Second person I spoke to said that it would take 1-2 days for them to amend the issue, that's if they can.
So now I am down more than $200 that I didn't budget for this weekend because of their error and no items!
