Why do you offer (and accept payment for) express shipping when you also have a disclaimer (that is not attached to the shipping options) stating that if the order is from a marketplace seller express delivery can't be guaranteed.
Thanks Catch - my grandson's birthday present is likely to take a week to get here and will then arrive AFTER his birthday. It's back to Amazon shopping for me again.
