I put in 2 orders for some mats and they were accepted, then declined.
I have had no problems with online ordering...recently with Bunnings, Australian wine, another carpet company...I checked with my bank..no problem at their end. I have rang cust service catch up today, but the person on the other end couldn't help me....he said that they have stringent security....a lot of baloney, if you ask me.
