Horrible experience - sent the wrong item which is fine I work in dispatch these things happen, have spent the past week being passed around their call centre who blame each other and then say they cant transfer you through to them as they dont have direct lines. Finally spoke to someone who was in the Philippines (how they can help I am not sure) gave me no extra info, said they appreciate my patience blah blah blah - nightmare company
2 weeks since I received incorrect item..... no resolution
