I ordered 3 thermal knit hooded jackets. I did not realize Catherine’s 60 day policy. I admit the order was an old order but it was items they still carry. I returned it in February 6 and they received my package on February 9. I did not receive a refund or gift card or get my package back. After spending 2 days on the phone with people that couldn’t really speak English and one that was working from home where a rooster was crowing every 30 seconds loudly, I was told to call back on Monday to see if they could get this cleared up and was given a call back number. I called back on Monday only to have someone on the phone that knew nothing about my problem and then was told about their 60 day policy. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told about the 60 day policy. I was told the policy says that after 60 days the warehouse has the right to return the package to me or “donate” the package of clothing to the needy. But the strange thing is there were two package. One was returned with an explanation of being an old order but one was “donated”. I guess someone needed some jackets. I asked the man how could they donate something that did not belong to them and he said it was the warehouse discretion and it was too expensive to send it back to me. Another excuse!!!!!!! it was too expensive for them to return it to me but it cost me money to send it back to them. I am very disappointed in Catherine’s and I order a lot from the Full Beauty network but I won’t be ordering any time soon if ever. I feel I was cheated out of about $150.00.
