Carla Flats (Mary Jane style) target-advertised as women's size 12WW in navy are, indeed, solid black, and 11.5 Medium at best. It wasn't a mistake. Some of the stitching is blue. But the upper doesn't even have a blue cast to it. Why do this??? I also bought the brown 12WW. I haven't put them on, because I expect them to press my big toe at the nail and joint, just like the black pair. But in the case of the brown pair, the hue (which doesn't match the picture) is a nicer, darker brown than the caramel shade pictured.

I placed an order and needed it by a certain date. Received my order confirmation. Went about my business. Later, I noticed a Catherine's charge in my bank account. All seemed on track. A few days later, I checked the order status. On the website, it did not list my latest order. I went to the confirmation email and clicked to track the progress. It took me to a blank page. I called customer service. After a very long wait, the woman said she could see my order but couldn't tell when it was shipping. She said to "Give it a day and call back." I gave it a day, and nothing. I tried to send a customer support email on the Catherine's website. Typed it all up, clicked submit. It said there was an error in sending and to try again. I did. It said the same thing. I then called customer service again. Went through the whole long waiting process again. They finally found my order and said it hadn't been completed, so it had been cancelled. I asked why, and he couldn't explain. Just kept saying the order hadn't been completed so it had been cancelled, as if that was what I was having trouble understanding. I pointed out that a confirmation email is supposed to confirm the order has been made and asked why I hadn't received an email telling me there had been a problem. Long silence, and no answer. No explanation. He tells me that he can help me reorder the items. I told them I had needed them by a certain date, and asked if they would provide the overnight (1-2 day delivery) free of charge since this was not my fault. He "looked into it" and then told me no, but that he could offer free shipping. (It didn't occur to me until later that since the order was over $200, it qualified for free shipping anyway.) I told him that wasn't enough because the clothes wouldn't be here in time. He said he could send me a confirmation email that I could track. I pointed out that the confirmation email hadn't done me a bit of good so far. I told him I need to speak to someone in management that could help me. Another long wait, and then another guy gets on the phone. I had to go through everything all over again and wait while he tries to access everything. He says he can do free 4-5 day shipping. Regular shipping is 5-7 days. He asked me to tell him what my items were. I asked if he didn't have the order on his screen. Another long wait, and then he said that yes, he has it, and he will work on getting the items on the new order. He placed me on hold. Then they disconnected the call. I waited a few minutes, thinking surely they would call me back, since they had my info right there and knew they had an upset customer. No such luck. So I called back. Again. Gave all the info and went through the long waits. Again. The newest service rep tells me the order wasn't cancelled. I asked to speak to whichever manager I had been speaking to. Surely they had it documented on their computers who I had spoken to. He couldn't get anyone. He offered to have someone call me back the next day. At this point, I was livid. I told him I need to speak to someone now, as I was about to have to leave. That didn't work. He asked for a good time for someone to call me. I finally said 1:00. After hanging up, I went online and looked at my Catherine's account. The manager has put one of my seven items back in my cart, 2 sizes too large. It is currently 2:20. No phone call. I checked my bank account. The Catherine's charge is gone. I went in and put the items I needed back in my cart because I'm an idiot and really wanted the clothes. In the meantime I had received an email saying I could get $50 off a $100 order or $100 off a $200 order. My subtotal was over $200, so I entered the code. It only took off $50. I have been a loyal Catherine's customer for years. I don't know what has happened to this company, but they have gone so far downhill that they are now a joke. They have lost my business. I recommend you do not give them yours.

#1 Horrible delivery! They promised it was sent, 10 days later it still has not left their facility! Don’t order anything unless you have a lot of time to wait for it. #2 Months of waiting on an order they had, in stock, when order was placed. I ordered in February and as of December 19th I still haven’t received my order. I like the products they sell, but NOT the horrid shipping department! I will probably never order again. Oh, I spent over $500. this year alone.

Catherine clothing is a very bad company they charge you $25.99 to ship your items by the USPS then to return they charge you $10.99 there refund policy back to you on the card to you or get gift card every except shipping charge what if you don’t to buy anything from them. I will give the gift cards to someone stupid enough to buy anything from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM……..

NO STARS…I ordered from OneStopPlus.com. The order was quite large. Offers for percentages off and free shipping codes kept popping up. I entered the codes and things looked fine on my review. Imagine my surprise when my card had an additional $96 added for shipping. I contacted Customer Service only to get a response that since a discount code was applied the free shipping code was not valid because they only can apply 1 code per order. Believe me, when I say that had shipping been listed at that price I would never have completed the order(no one in their right mind would have).

I bought a front closure posture support bra. It was very poor quality elastic, so thin you could see through it!.no support. It was very small by American size standards. I contacted their customer service for a refund and they wanted to charge me a restock fee of $10. For a $14. Bra.

I wouldn't even give it one star.... I ordered a 2 pack of nightshirts. They shipped me a bathing suit. They refunded my merchandise, but are refusing to refund the shipping. I did not order it wrong. They shipped the wrong item. First they said they would refund it. Then they said they refunded it and now they are saying it is not their policy. REALLY. THEY SHIPPED IT WRONG NOT MY FAULT....

I placed an online order with Catherine's on 4/26/24 and paid $17.98 shipping charges. The item was to be delivered by 5/7/24 which was a long time, but still in time for a special event. The order did not arrive and the online estimate delivery date has now changed to 5/12/24. Who knows if it will arrive? I contacted Catherine's and their only reply was: "Sorry for the inconvenience. How else can we help you?" They were no help at all! Very poor service. Poor attitude. No wonder they had to close their stores. I would give a negative score but a one is the lowest I can give. I won't shop here again.

I ordered 3 thermal knit hooded jackets. I did not realize Catherine’s 60 day policy. I admit the order was an old order but it was items they still carry. I returned it in February 6 and they received my package on February 9. I did not receive a refund or gift card or get my package back. After spending 2 days on the phone with people that couldn’t really speak English and one that was working from home where a rooster was crowing every 30 seconds loudly, I was told to call back on Monday to see if they could get this cleared up and was given a call back number. I called back on Monday only to have someone on the phone that knew nothing about my problem and then was told about their 60 day policy. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told about the 60 day policy. I was told the policy says that after 60 days the warehouse has the right to return the package to me or “donate” the package of clothing to the needy. But the strange thing is there were two package. One was returned with an explanation of being an old order but one was “donated”. I guess someone needed some jackets. I asked the man how could they donate something that did not belong to them and he said it was the warehouse discretion and it was too expensive to send it back to me. Another excuse!!!!!!! it was too expensive for them to return it to me but it cost me money to send it back to them. I am very disappointed in Catherine’s and I order a lot from the Full Beauty network but I won’t be ordering any time soon if ever. I feel I was cheated out of about $150.00. My Mom ordered three tops from Catherine’s. Excited when we received her order, the tops were way too big( even after we asked if it was true to size. We then ordered a size smaller for the three blouses and couple weeks later received one blouse in the mail. it fit perfectly! When we called to ask about the return policy they explained. I asked about other two tunics and the lady said we got 2 tops, I told her only one was in bag that I had in front of me. She Said everything negative… continue to sigh, huff and puff then called me everything but a liar telling me I got 2 tops. Naturally in the end because I could get no where. My mom ended up paying more than she should have, gal spoke broken English and when you’re talking to an eighty two year old with some hearing problems but “Fit-for- Fashion”. It was a very disappointing experience and the customer service representative was rude disrespectful and did not understand what was going on! I ask for her supervisor and she put me on hold and wouldn’t transfer me. So, bad experience and we will never and I mean never ever order from you again 0/5 stars. P.S. pull both recorded lines and send to U.S. office for review. Not a lousy over seas call that has such a long delay!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes, following their sizing guide. They were too small, so I returned them. They received the return on the 8th December, but as of the 29th December I have not received a refund. When I contacted them I was told I had to call their credit issuer, however the number they gave does not work (I am located in Australia). I asked if there was any other way to contact them and have been told that they are only contactable by that number.

I ordered an identical pair of capris that I had owned for years from them. The new pair was quite a bit thinner. I wore them 3 times & on the 3rd time the rear end completely split open with one step!! They were completely complacent & do not even offer an apology, let alone an replacement of the product. Not that I would buy them ever again. Their quality has gone down about 75%. Buyer beware.

Great price on sale items. Good quality. Catherine’s split the shipment so I got items as they were a available, even though my purchase was no charge for shipping!
