The staff greets customers with a smile, provides assistance, and engages in friendly conversation. They offer their professional opinions when asked about the suitability of a particular item. I visit this store at least once a week to purchase fashionable clothing. The team of ladies, including Candace, Paula, Regina, and Nikita, are highly skilled and work well together. The store is always clean and tidy. On one occasion, I called the store just before closing time to inquire about an item I had seen online. Despite the late hour, the staff kindly waited for me to arrive. I am delighted with the service I receive at the Pearland Cato store and will continue to shop there in the future.
