I ordered something from catofashions.com. I’ve been waiting a week plus now for delivery. The way Cato shipped the item ups shows that ups is not in possession of the order I tried reaching out to Cato and all they will tell me is the item has been shipped.
If the item has been shipped why is the shipping company claiming they are not in possession of said item?
