I was at the Cato's in Tuscaloosa before it opened. I'm sure I was seen walking in. I went straight to the counter to do a return. I actually really wanted an exchange with a skirt I saw as soon as I walked in the door. Their was one clerk who was pushing a cart around I guess restocking the racks or whatever who Ignored me for 18 minutes. When she completed whatever she was doing, she walked toward me and said "Are you ready?" I didn't see you? What a liar and what poor customer servic. I will never return this Cato store. The reviews are so bad I probably will not ever shop in Cato again Period!
