I've received the install kit very quickly and I knew that it would take a couple of days for the antenna to arrive which is understandable. However, I was only sent a tracking number for the install kit and not for the antenna. I've email, messaged on your website and even looked up your phone number I received no reply to the messages or voicemail in regards to a tracking number. I was finally able to locate one from the usps website but it's showing an unknown delivery date. Not very happy with the customer service. I understand your company cannot control the usps service but all I want was a tracking number for my antenna. Now my antenna is still not here and I needed it by this weekend.
