At first I would have gave it a one star. But after communicating with Lance from CB Radio Supply, the mix up was resolved! Very quick response with the issue. It looked like the box was miss treated by the delivery company, and parts were missing. CB supply took care of it and sent me the replacement parts.
So far both radios I had purchased from them has been great. Radios work as they should and response from everyone else is good.
