I’ve overall had a smooth, great transition with the Certainty team. The website is very easy to navigate, and I was assigned my own Property Manager who regularly contacts me. My Property Manager had great knowledge of the local areas surrounding my properties, and ensured regular inspections as well as providing me with the right technology. The fees are low in exchange for good service, and the management is highly professional. Certainty have chosen great tenants for my properties, and I couldn’t feel more comfortable choosing a management who is attentive and highly responsive.
