Absolutely terrible service and absolute disgrace of a company. We received an approval letter for a property and asked to inspect the property before making the deposit. When we got to the inspection no one was there and took us all day to get through to someone because they never answer the phone. They said someone rocked up but left a minute later and never bothered to call to check in of us. After a week of chasing up inspecting the property and speaking to about 6 different people in the office having to explain the same situation over and over again, we ended up withdrawing our application because we were treated like jokes. When the National partnerships manager called my partner to follow up she laughed at him and wouldn’t take accountability for how poorly they had handled the situation. Waste of time
