Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have encountered significant difficulties in getting a response from Melissa Cassar, Mia, and other members of your team. As a property owner, it is extremely frustrating not to have clear and timely updates about my property. This lack of communication has left me feeling uninformed and neglected. I believe that effective communication is a fundamental aspect of property management, and it is concerning that I have struggled to receive even basic responses. In my 10 years of investing, I have never encountered such poor property management service. While I understand that management fees are a consideration, I am now more inclined to prioritize responsiveness and service quality over cost. I would strongly advise reviewing and improving your communication protocols to better serve your clients. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns.
