Deep dissatisfaction with the property management services provided by Certainty Property, specifically regarding the lack of communication and responsiveness I have experienced. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, I have encountered significant difficulties in getting a response from Melissa Cassar, Mia, and other members of your team.
As a property owner, it is extremely frustrating not to have clear and timely updates about my property. This lack of communication has left me feeling uninformed and neglected. I believe that effective communication is a fundamental aspect of property management, and it is concerning that I have struggled to receive even basic responses.
In my 10 years of investing, I have never encountered such poor property management service. While I understand that management fees are a consideration, I am now more inclined to prioritize responsiveness and service quality over cost. I would strongly advise reviewing and improving your communication protocols to better serve your clients.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns. If there are any steps being taken to resolve these issues or if there is an alternative contact who can assist me more effectively, please let me know.
