I'm a tenant and recently moved into a property in Brisbane. I couldn't pick up the keys on Saturday as planned due to an emergency which would have meant me not having anywhere to stay on Sunday night with the agency not opening again until Monday. The agent came out on Sunday to give me keys and was super nice even though she didn't have to do that. I'm so so so so so so thankful. It's so refreshing to deal with people who actually care about others.
