I love Changing Habits and the Fat Loss Protocol is amazing. I did the protocol back in 2015 and achieved my ideal weight and my health improved significantly. Unfortunately life happened and I went back to old habits and processed foods. My health declined over the next years. So I'm back on track again. I've lost just over 9 kilos and my health is improving daily. I seriously recommend this protocol if you want to see true results and learn what your body needs to thrive and be the best it can.
