Much the same as a lot of the customers here, the actual installation and quality of hardware, was very good. The engineer was professional, polite and very helpful. He did a very tidy job.
My thoughts on the initial application and the ongoing myriad of questions/information/photo's etc are best kept to myself. To me the answer is : send a surveyor to each property as a matter of course.. then everybody knows where they are.
