I received very good service, though installation information seemed quite complex understanding different units power etc
A neighbour had unit installed a few weeks prior to mine ,waited since Xmas
I was lucky about 8 weeks to install
Engineer was contractor and was very quick and knowledgeable at installation stage ,the office contacted me once paperwork had been processed with electric company
