All very straightforward and only took less than a month from date of order to the time of fitting - albeit with a brief telephone reminder from me. Fitting took less than 2 hours with a very neat job. Seems to be working fine and takes about 1 hour for a complete charge to my hybrid Mercedes as opposed to 3 hours via the domestic supply.
Would recommend.
