The application stage was a bit daunting with all the photos and document. the staff at Bp were amazing so helpful and even sorted out a mix up with the car retailer and their payment.
The charger was installed by a very friendly technician who was very efficient and explained the working of the charger very clearly.
all I would like further help with is the app and how to use it with my charger
