1. It took over 2 months to get the point installed
2. I had to constantly chase to get any information or update
3. Customer service were unhelpful and not very encouraging with when it would get resolved.
4. When I asked for compensation nothing was given and in fact they were very rude.
Disappointed is an understatement.
