Took a couple of months to actually get it installed. Kept asking for different pictures, even though I'd sent multiple, took a week to reply each time and each time they'd say they need something else, including the land registry.
They ended up sending an electrician to survey the property. He said no reason why I can't get one installed. Waited a month trying to find out what was at going on because they stopped replying to me.
Eventually they replied saying I can't get one installed until an isolator switch was fitted, which I had to pay for. Got it installed, and the charger was fitted the next week.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
