Where to begin... It took 4 months to finally get our installation of our charger completed. After using for the first time, our charger has a fault and we have reported this. We are still awaiting any contact from BP or there completely useless subcontractor.
They've also fitted a horrendous looking consumer unit to the outside of our property.
My advice is to use someone else other than BP Pulse.
