However you may or may not be aware that you have an absolute jewel working in your customer service department. I am not saying this just because my experience today with her was unbelievable but it goes beyond that. It is the kind of person that I went back home and I was telling all my family about how she represented what outstanding customer service “human customer service” it should be.
