Spoke to Tobias who resolved an issue with an inactive charge point showing an error message.
He restarted the charge point twice remotely to get it working again and was even able to select the connector type and input my details so I didn’t have to do anything.
He explained things clearly and calmly and resolved the situation quickly for me.
