BP Pulse were recommended to me by Mercedes.
Scheduling of charge start time is important now to avoid peak times, but this feature has never worked. After many calls & Emails, BP finally pointed to some very small print buried in the detail of their contract which they tell me proves it’s not their responsibility. So, although scheduling is advertised as a feature, I am left with a dumb charger that just charges the car when it’s plugged in.
Appalling customer service - do not go there.
