Unit is faulty, doesn’t talk to app. Not charging EV. Call again and again and just get sent e guides on how to reset or reconnect. All I wanted was an engineer to fix it but they just ignore my requests and send another e guide! Just want it out and a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Customer service is shocking. No way to make a formal complaint so I’m now on here and will be on every review site possible.
